I want to say that I live here at Echo Ridge and I couldn't be happier. The apartments are beautiful and very well maintained. The maintenance staff is on top of things, and I have always felt like they do everything that they can to make sure that we are taken care of. I have NEVER had to wait more than a day or two to have any of my problems taken care of. The office staff is great to, sure they can be firm, but that is the reason that this community stays as beautiful as it is. They are firm but fair, rules are rules, and most people that write negative reviews are tenants who signed agreements and then didn't want to follow through with the very thing that they signed!!!! The staff at Echo Ridge does everything that they can to help people within thier limits. If someone signs a legal document it is legal for all parties involved, they can't just let you out of something or bend the rules because your situation changes...the rules are there for a reason. BOTTOM LINE: As I read the negative comments on this site I feel like they must be coming from disgruntled residents who were evicted,kicked out due to thier own violations or just plain didn't get thier way! Echo Ridge is a great place to live and I hope that people will look past these silly reviews!!!!!!

you would think that persons employed at this apartment complex would not be allowed to write reviews. guess i was wrong. nice try by the way but you are not fooling me.
