Dirty Property and Sloppy Manager

The property is always dirty. There is dog poop everywhere. Move here if you don't mind having stinky, brown shoes. The manager is all talk. She does not follow up on complaints. Also, every time I go in, there is a new person working. There is no consistency in the office. My toilet constantly clogs and nothing is ever done about it. Sometimes I can flush just water and it still backs up. I can always hear my neighbor above me. People do not keep their dogs on leashes and the rule is not enforced. Rent is much too high for a poorly kept property.
