I have lived here for 3 years. I moved in, in a big hurry because I had to take care of my dying mother. I am moving out very soon. This place makes me very unhappy. I have read the negatives on this site and they are 100% correct! They are not exagerating. The pet policy is totally ignored. There are very large Pit Bulls running around, as well as other breeds. Sometimes there owner has them on a leash and sometimes not. They poop where ever. I live in a spot where people (who leash the dogs) take their pets to go potty, so all the grass is dead and gross outside my door. They are suppose to pick it up but they never do. Snow removal is a huge disaster, there basicaly is none. My apartment has no storm windows. The windows have been installed poorly, hence there are cracks in between the panes. You can see outside right through the cracks. Hits the pocket book when it comes to heat and air conditioning. I live on the top floor of my building, hence there is an attic above me. My apartment is has no access to the attic. However, there is a half ass sealed attic door in my apartment. I notice that it was painted over in the begining and sometime, somehow the paint appeared to be broken. Meaning that if you lived in the same building you could push your access panel out and walk on top of all the apartments and have access to all apartments. The paint on my access door was broken so it had been opened. I checked with maintenance and they said they did not do it, so who did' I looked up in the attic and it looked like someone had been up there. Dirt and insulation moved around is how you can tell. Once or twice I thought I heard something in the attic but blew it off. HMMMM. Maintenance came out and sealed it again. Nothing was missing. Big security issue this is. But it is ignored too. I have read the others complaints about ants. We do not have an ant problem but we have a spider problem. We have to buy spray and spray all the windows and door areas to keep them out. The windows and door are poorly sealed. A year ago they did have some vandalism going on. But it was with people they evicted, so they said. We have some rednecks move in across the street and they are always partying and loud. They got into a huge fight in the parking lot (20-30 teenager) at 2am in the morning. During the physical fight one of the assailants dented an scratch our brand new car. I called the apartment cop and he did not respond but the sherrif sure did! I dont think they have been evicted. I am currently dealing with a neighbor who has a charpe'(i think that's how it is spelled) he keeps in on a leash tied to a 4X4 post on the porch. The chord is so long the animal enters my apartment. This animal barks at us, shows teeth, growls,etc.. I have not been able to leave or enter my apartment many times. I have told management about this 4 times today will make 5. I guess a law suit will have to happen when I or my wife gets bitten. The maintenance guy has been replaced with a better one, he tries. The mailbox is always broken, the one you drop envelopes in anyone can reach in and steal out of it. We drive to the post office to send mail. We pay to put our cars in garages because the people they cater to are getting lower. Many dings. I personally think that the people that are giving good reviews are new and nieve. The apartments appear nice, and for the most part they are okay. But they have so many other issues. Management is poor, there are new people in the office always. There is a bug problem. There is a snow removal problem. We have had toilet clogging problem. There is a mailbox problem. Our ice maker has not worked for a 1.5 years. The parking could be better. I think they just want people paying rent and will do little else. If your are thinking temporary, a year is not too bad, but don't go longer. If the manager wasn't so poor this probably would not be so bad. I do not recommend this apartment. I am not just venting I hope I can save you a few headaches.

I completely agree with everything this poster has said. We have been counting down the months until we can move.
