I have lived here since May and I LOVE it! I have had some small issues but they were taken care of RIGHT AWAY! I Love the friendliness of the residents. Maintenance is very quick to fix things. My electric bill has never been more than 50 bucks! And thats in the dead heat of the summer! Very energy efficient! I love the closet space and my apartment layout. I don't have a problem with others pets...Everyone I have seen picks up after there dog...I don't see a poop problem at all. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!!
