I lived in Echo Ridge for 6 months during the summer. When I moved in my ice meaker didn't work, my screen on the porch was ripped, and the place smelled like a bar. I immediately complained and everything was fixed within a week. If the office is called, they will respond quickly. I agree with the previous post that the mail boxes were easily opened and the out going box was open frequently, however I always took my mail elsewhere to mail. I didn't see any dogs off leashes while I was there all summer. My only complaint is that there were teenagers in the pool at all hours of the night and my apartment was directly across from the pool and got noisy on those nights. There were some loud and annoying neighbors above me, but they were gone within two months. Overall, I enjoyed this living experience. It is clean, the staff is friendly, and the interstate access is ideal.
