I have never been so unhappy in a place. It's damp, full of spiders, appliance don't work right, and the electric bill is higher than when I lived in a 2800 sq ft house, even in the summer.

Neighbors are obnoxious, kids are even more obnoxious, I can smell pot being smoked somewhere often.

The office has had a lot of turnover, response to maintenance requests is slow and unresolved. It usually takes more than one complaint to get a response to a maintenance issue.

Tenants often leave their garbage at the door for days instead of taking it down to the compactor. I have seen maintenance driving around picking it up which is a waste of there time when there are so many other issues to deal with.

We are all unhappy here, including our child. We have all been sick this year, which we never are and my child has had numerous headaches.

The only reason there are some updates in landscape and some issues resolved is because there was there was an inspection recently.

I'll be glad when it's time to move.
