I have lived at Emerson Village Lakes for almost 2 years now. The first year went wonderfully, then we got a new Property Manager... She is rude and has an attitude problem everytime you speak to her.. plus she doesn't have a clue what she's doing and she's been there for close to 7 months now. The other problem is maintenance. You can get them there to look at something or start a job, but if it requires that they come back to finish the job, you have to keep calling to remind them. I will be leaving at the end of this lease and I always tell people that it's been real, It's been fun, but it hasn't been real fun!
