I moved in March 2008 and have found that there is brand new management and owners. They have been very responsive to every major/minor issue I've had. I've found the apartment community safe, clean, affordable, and quiet. Very nice landscaping and the pool has been wonderful. There are washer/dryer hookups in some apartments but with a washer and dryer immediately outside my apartment in the room at the end of the hallway, I don't bother with paying the extra for the hookup.
