I have lived in my apartment here for a few years by choice. I liked the area this complex is located, the condition and layout of my apartment and the general upkeep of the property and grounds. But since the new owners have taken control of the complex things have begun to slide. The grounds look unkempt and weedy in areas and unless you call at least 2 times about a maintenence issue it will not be taken care of. The previous management attended to any issues on the same day or within 2 days at most. When you call now the first thing you get is a excuse why you will have to wait. So you wait, and you have to call again 3-4 days later asking again for the same help you needed the first time you called. This needs to be addressed. If you are considering moving here I wouldn't advise against it but I would also look around a bit too.

A dissapointed long time renter.

It appears everyone else is an unhappy with the new management as I am. The old management was GREAT and attended to problems immediately and yes, I will agree, maintenence was at your door with 1-2 days. So now I know it is not just me getting the lousy service.
