My fiance & I moved in on the 1st of July. Everything was great...for the first few weeks. Then I noticed that the people upstairs were using our front yard as their personal ashtray & I also found ashes in my flowers. Then in September my fiance's car was broken into. They stole his GPS & ripped his stereo out of his car. He had to buy new wiring, a new antenna, & the GPS was never replaced. Then the very next month his car was broken into again and this time mine was too. The funny thing was they had to walk over to a whole diferent apartment building to get to his car because we got home late & there were no parking spots. They tried to get in his trunk by using a flat nose screw drived in his keyhole, now he can't get in his trunk & they messed up the tail end of his camaro trying to pry his trunk open. They took my faceplate from my stereo & they stole my ancient 32" tv that i was saving for Goodwill. We talked to our other neighbors & they haven't had any trouble.
We went down to the apartment's office & explained to them what was going on & they said we weren't able to get out of our lease. Then we told her that we were going to move out anyway because we didn't want our apartment getting broke into the next time. The she told us for $1200 we could get out. It's just so silly. I would never recomment this complex. We lived there for 3 months & it was just too much. It's dangerous.
