I lived at emerson village apartments. for a year and a couple months. In the beginning they were great. Then they got bought out by someone else. They fired all employees. Then they hired a bunch of kids to maintain the apartments. I had trouble with matainance men walking in my apartment three different times without work orders. They came in with a key, without yelling matainace. And my girlfriend was naked two differnt times getting ready to take a shower when they came in. and they seen her wile she was naked. I went to management told them what happen then they just laugh. They said it was just a mistake. I thought that it was odd that they never came in by mistake befor, and this all happen within three weeks. It all was right after I left to go to work. And wile my girlfrien was getting ready to go to work. Now that I got that out, I also want to post that I moved out. With a very clean apartment. management said that I would get my deposit back withen 45 day from moving out. I fullfeild my lease. I was never late on paying my rent. I was out of my apartment july, 31,2008, and it is now december 9, 2008 and I have yet to receave my deposit back yet. I contacted management I dont know how many times and they keep giving me the run around. They gave me an email address to email corp. so I email them and they have yet to reply to my email. I asked management for a phone number to corp. they told me that they dont have a number. just wanted to let everyone know how they will be treated if they decide to live there. and good luck.
