I have lived here for 5 years and I love it here. The new management is wonderful along with the office staff. I currently work 3rd shift, and have a parking place waiting for me when i get home. The maint. staff are fabulous and personable. If your looking for a great place to live, with great staff, chose this place.

this has to be a fake. management is not easy to work w/ & maintance is a joke. i moved in these apts. in june suppose to be a downstairs but ended up 2nd story. i asked them to come fix my kitchen cabinets starting in july. come oct. i went to get a glass out & the cabinet shelf fell causing me to cut my hand. i ended up at the er and a week later had to have surgery. i was out of work for 2 months and still don't have full use of my hand and probably never will. i called & spoke to management Sally to be exact & told her i about what happend & my concern about rent being turned in on time b/c i was off work. she was like oh well it has to be turned in by the 3rd or i'm set up for eviction. not even considering the fact that it was b/c they didn't fix the cabintes like i asked multiple times. it's a joke here!! don't live here at all!! this like everybody said is a BOGUS rating!!

this place sucks ass!!!! there is mold in my toilet and i have outlets that are burnt out and u can literally see the black burn around it also when you go to plug something in the outlets are sooo cheap that the plug doesnt stay in so you got to hope and pray that you can sweep the floor all at once without having to keep pluging the cord back in. The hallway door broke and maintenance is refusing to come and fix it. Also when i moved in there was a tear in the carpet and you wanna know how maintenance fixed it?, went and got a hot glue gun put glue on the floor and rubbed it in and said "its fixed." There are many other problems with this place but who honestly has the time to sit and name all of them? I definiately wouldn't reccomend this place to anybody!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM EMERSON VILLAGE!!!!

I lived here before when it was owned by the previous owners, left and decided to come back without realizing it had been purchased by a new owner. I seriously regret my decision! This is not the place it used to be! And I agree that this is a bogus rating, I also agree with the other responses. Crime rate is is increasing, cars constantly broken into, ask the office staff and they will claim to have no knowledge of this however. Maintenance and upkeep of these apartments and property is a joke. Please reconsider before moving here!!
