Emerson Village Lakes is NOT a very good place to live. Mowing is never done like it should be. Maintenance is extremely poor. Rent is to high for condition of the property. Appliances are extremely outdated. Closet and cupboard doors are loose or falling off. You have to call several times to get any maintenance and then things are cheaply fixed if fixed at all. Usually have to call maintenance back a second and even a third time. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Also, the parking is ridiculous. Dumpsters are constantly over full resulting in trash blowing all over the grounds.
