When I moved in years ago, this was a wonderful place to live. No longer! The lawns are nothing but weeds, dotted with a few blades of grass and dead spots--trees are dying but not removed--bushes surrounded by weeds--the edges of the parking lot filled with weeds. One tenant went without a water heater for TWO WEEKS! All maintenance is skimped or done as cheaply as possible. Windowseals are broken and the windows fogged with mold and condensation. You cannot reach anyone for emergency maintenance. One building lost all its lighting one night and only the arrival of the fire rescue people chivvied maintenance out to correct the problem. Go to the Secretary of State's website and you will see that this LLC (limited liability company) has not had managers since April, 2009. That might explain the rapid deterioration of the grounds and maintenance. The owners hide behind the LLC designation, and staff absolutely will not tell you who to contact to file complaints. This complex was once federally-approved for subsidies, but is no longer on their list. It has deteriorated to the point where it is unsafe, ugly, and unfriendly. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

This is absolutly right. I will say one thing it is not the maintenance men who are at fault. I ahve talked to several of them and the managment will not get them the money to buy what is needed to maintain this property. This place WAS once a nice place to live, however, not any longer. You can not get any where with the management. They are rude, unfriendly and evasive. I have asked who owns this property and the management will NOT tell me. I thought it was law that managment has to tell a tennant who owns the property if it is requested. This is a very unsafe place. Numerous break-in and vandalism.
