When I moved in here I was supposed to have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I got a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath, it had not been cleaned properly. the carpet was dirty but I had to pay a pet deposit. The carpet in the bedroom was torn where a dog had clawed from being pinned up. The windows were dirty the stove also. In December until it got warm I froze. I caulked the windows and put plastic on them and you could still feel the cold air coming in. I caulked the patio door also and hung blankets at the doors, still cold. Poorly kept up. Management is a joke. They don't know their a-- from a hole in the ground. My grand daughter and the man upstairs got into an argument and my grand daughter, my grandson, and my daughter got trespassed from the property but the man up stairs got to come and go at will. I guess its who you know. My lease isn't up until December but I'll be gone before then. If you move here your just asking for trouble

Iagree. There is no upkeep on this place at all and if you say anything to management, they get upset like youhave no right to voice your opinion and tell them things need fixed and if you call them more than once, you really get on their crap list. I know a couple who's air conditioner went out and they were told it was out of freon and would have to wait til that following Monday because this place didn't have any freon on the grounds. their 1 1/2 year old baby was cutting teeth ad running a fever of 103 degrees that weekend. Monday comes around and maintenance comes and pulls the filter and there is so much dirt. That was all that was wrong with the A/C. It didn't need freon. They just didn't want to be bothered fixing it. They never checked it. Took 2 minutes to fix and their baby had to suffer through the whole weekend with a high fever all because of laziness and uncaring people. My suggestion...DONT MOVE HERE!!!

I live in this same building and Yes the office is no help and they do not take care of anything within the property...thier idea of solving problems is to kick people out! And just for the record the guy she refers to does not come and go at his will he has followed the the rules that is more then I can say for some..
