Was a real treat, but now is just another old complex

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
I am still a tenant, so I will be cautious here. The grounds are lovely and neighbors tend to be quiet and friendly, although that is changing. Unfortunately, so has much else in the time I've been there. The old-timers echo my first impressions from 2001: great management, wonderful scenery, neighbors to die for. All that is changing. The gates never work, apartments leak incessantly, and the management lies or evades while seeking an ever less-desirable but profitable tenants. They have consistently been unresponsive to repair problems.
