I have lived in this complex for 5 years and for most of that time I have liked it very much. But the management staff was changed about a year ago and since then it has been going down hill. My building has needed a new roof for over a year. The Board of Health has issued violations for leaks in some of my neighbors apartments. I have had ants for months. They have mishandled my rent twice in the last year, the last time making me provide proof that I paid it after they lost it. Before last year all maintenance requests where handled in a several days. Now it takes about a month. I and others have complained to the management numerous times about all of these things and nothing changes. They lie to you to satify you on the phone and then do nothing. I would not recommend moving here until the management changes. I will be moving out in a month or two if nothing changes. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
