Fallwood Apartments

Very Upset With Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/5/2002 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001   I've lived at Fallwood for just about four years now. The first three years here have been fine. However, the last year (2001) has been a horrible experience for me. I was without air conditioning for the two hottest months of the year, July & August, because of the ignorance and stupidity of the Fallwood staff and maintenance crew. Also, I was without heat on Christmas Eve and Christmas even though I tried numerous times to contact emergency maintenance. Also, various maintenance requests have been ignored time & time again. The staff at the office has given me the "run around" for the last time. I am sick and tired of their deceit and will definitely be finding another place to live if changes are not made immediately.
