It was wonderful as long as I lived there

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
When I lived there the office staff was the best that I have lived with so far.
A little over a year later they contacted me for an amount of $570 in rent (is that wierd or what). I believe that is incorrect but still paid them and also filed a case with the BBB for a refund.
This Jan they sent me another letter.
It is practically extortion. I am considering taking them to court.
This new management seems to be "CLUELESS" about good customer service.
