I used to really like Fallwood. Things are quickly going downhill. It takes several calls about problems before anything is fixed. Maintenance IS NOT available 24 hours. The emergency number that is on the message when you call has been disconnected. The gated entrance is nice (when it is working) but doesn't keep unwanted people out. They just follow other people in. When you have a problem with your clicker it takes a week for it to be fixed. Leaving you no way to get in or out but to tailgate someone else. In our monthly newsletter it has a security officer listed but how do we contact him' I rent a carport but can never park in the one that was assigned to me because other people do. Why aren't our parking tags being checked' It really scares me that the health department has been involved in problems here. I would really like to know what they are inspecting. I have taken all of the above complaints to the office, but all they do is give me the run around. This could be a really nice place to live again if someone cared enough to put a little effort in it. It seems like they can't keep anyone they hire, they have new people every month. Hopefully things will get better soon or I will be thinking about moving.
