TERRIBLE!!

This place used to be the cream of the crop -- large, expansive, wonderful apartments. Not any more! Staff lie to you and put you off for months at a time -- IF they EVER do what you need done! Maintenance staff is cooperative and pleasant; however, they can only do what they're directed to do so I assign no blame to them! In the last 12 months, living here has been a nightmare! There is no emergency care or maintenance! As they don't seem too worried about paying THEIR bills on time, the pagers used by maintenance workers often are useless as they are cut off. People with severe health issues are ignored. Makes no difference if you moved in yesterday or 20 years ago -- they don't differentiate -- they treat everyone equally -- POORLY and NASTILY!!!!
After repeatedly referring many people into the complex, I would never do so again! I personally cannot wait to get out of here -- and I had planned to retire here because it was such a special place!
If they paid as much attention to the needs of the renters as they do to the "beauty" of the landscaping, it would be much improved!
Appliances in most apartments are the original from when the apartments were built over 30 years ago. Replacement of applicances takes an act of God and then they're not the same in every aspect as the ones they replaced.
If you have insects or rodents in your apartment, forget it! You will not get any service at all! (Yes, some people do have rodents in their apartments!)
