I have lived hear for 10 months and only had to deal with noise problems. Recently my air conditioner stopped working. I called Friday night and it was not considered an emeregency. The only way you get weekend/after hour help is if it is 90 degress outside. It is now Sunday and since it was only 85 out today we still have not gotten service. I guess it does not matter that it is over 90 degrees inside our apartment.
This is also the second time in one month since our air has broken. If you prefer cold air in the summer...dont live here!!!! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I strongly disagree! I find the staff helpful and courteous. The policies are clearly outlined in the paperwork. I have had a similar work order request and my a/c was promptly fixed the next day. Not all request can be addressed the same day. If you owned or rented a house repair tech. don't come out the same day you call either.

I had a similar situation... it was 87 degrees outside and I lived on the second floor. As well as know heat rises, and so it was pushing 93 degrees in the apartment. We've also had our heat go out a few times in the 2 years we've lived here.

Same here...i moved in, in August and the air was broken. The 1st day!! Now, its summer again, and my air has been broken for an entire week now. I made it known again that it was STILL not working, and on Sunday, it was 90 degrees out, and still no help. My apt. was 92 degrees inside. I was actually forced to stay else where for a couple nights because the temperatures were un-liveable. I do believe I pay rent every month for a functioning apartment, or am I just crazy? I would like to add though, I don't believe it's maintenance fault. I've always had a good raport with Wayne, but its not the fault of the resident that management can't keep a proper staffing. Maybe if management wasn't so unbearable, they'd keep more help around.
