-------- ------, property management is horrible. She is totally rude and unprofessional.

Toward the end of last year I watched her address a renter outside our building about not paying his rent, at the top of her lungs she was screaming at him. Since then the renter has moved out.

Earlier this year she accused me of having a dog when, I don t own any pets. When I tried to tell her, she immediately went into this rampage about how she knew what she saw. She said she would be doing a house check and that I had 24 hours to get rid of the dog or be evicted, that was my FIRST warning and would be put into my file. Needless to say I'm still her unfornaturely because I didn t have a dog. She never retracted any of her comments or that letter of warning that she stated was put into my file.

April 10, 2008, Maintenance claimed I threw trash on the ground gave me a fine for $25.00 and a warning. He put the trash on top of my car. I told him it wasn t my trash. First, he says he saw me drop the trash. Then, he says he rode by there 10 minutes before I got there and it wasn't there. Then he said if I didn t do it I apologize for it . HMMM!!! "AND HE SAID HE WAS TIRED OF PICKING TRASH".

Now, I thought keeping the grounds of the complex was a maintenance job. It s everybody s job to keep the grounds clean but I pay my rent each month for MAINTENANCE!!

Once, my 17 year old niece walked in on maintenance sitting on my couch filling out his work order. I don t sit on my own couch so how dare, he.

So, I will NOT be renewing my lease.

I actually live at Fallwood Apartments. I laughed so hard when I read this comment and I was drawn to post a comment. I actually know this woman who posted this comment. I have seen first hand how she defaces Fallwood Property. It's true that Maintenance saw her littering the grounds because I witnessed it too. Fallwood does charge us for littering, leaving trash in the common hall,throwing cigs off the balcony, and etc. I was actually charged for having a party and flicking cigs off my balcony. You know what, I paid it because I deserved it. It was $25 bucks but it taught me a lesson. That was totally rude of us to do. We don't own these apartments and Maintenance has to pick up our trash, they work hard enough. You can see the mentally of this woman when she states she pays her rent and therefor that means maintenacne has to pick up her trash because "that's their job" Wow! As for ------- and the rest of her staff,they do a fantastic job keeping Fallwood a peaceful place to live. I have been living at Fallwood before Muesing brought the property. ------- is very direct and she does enforce all residents to abide by the rules. I actually know the Fallwood staff since 2004 and I attend all the meetings the office holds. The entire staff is passionate about their jobs and all act respecfully. This woman clearly has a problem with getting along with people because like my old Nanna said "if it walks like a duck, quack likes a duck, it probably is a duck. This woman has problems getting along with anyone. Like I said, I have seen her in action and it's not pretty. From one Fallwood resident to another, we won't morn your departing. Fallwood will be a more peaceful and a cleaner place to live once you leave. -------- & staff, keep on doing your thing. I stay because of you guys. You run a great apartment community!!!! I've actually referred and got $300.00 bucks.

I totally disagree...I too am a resident of Fallwood, and HATE IT!!! -------- and staff have been nothing but rude, obnoxious and unprofessional since I've lived there. I just wonder, how it is that Fallwood staff can get on here and pretend to be a resident just to defend their known complaints? hmmmmm....

Lol...I first came to Fallwood in 2004, before --------. The manangement was polite but they had a huge termite problem. I moved in 2005 and came back in 2006 after new management and renovations. I agree with everything negative comment posted about --------. She should be fired. She is the reason I did not renew another lease. The apartments were fine. No termites. The only pest was --------. I think she hates her job.
