The lake will fool you. Yes, it's pretty and nice to fish but seriously, do not move here. The prices will be cheap in the summer to pull people in but they cannot keep tenants. They come and go very quickly. While I lived there, we were robbed. Our vehicle was broken into and our motorcycle was almost stolen. My apt. was broken into also. There is lots of vandalism that goes on here and it isn't worth the time and $$ that you will invest. You won't feel safe either. I was scared to leave at night. There was a drive-by shooting across the street. There are loud parties that go on because it is a younger community. The office staff had 2 great leasing consultants in which the manager got rid of. Maintenance is good though. The manager is such a ----- and treats all the residents very unfairly. She is very shady and will do what she can to get you in the door. It is ALL BAD! DON'T MOVE HERE!!
