I've lived here for 9 or 10 months and it's almost time to renew my lease. Right now, my job will determine if I re-sign or not. If I get to keep working here in Indy, I'm going to re-sign. The lake is nice and there is a fitness center. Parking has never been a problem except sometimes if you get home really late on a Sunday night. Then the lot is a little more crowded but there are still spots available. The maintnence team is excellent and friendly. The apartment is built well and is quiet. Maybe I just have quiet neighbors but I'm satisfied with that. Sometimes on holidays there's a group of residents that shoot off fireworks over the lake. Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, New Years, Labor Day, any holiday and once in a while for no reason. That was kind of fun. They haven't recently though so maybe they've stopped or moved out. The only complaint that I really have is that there used to be two excellent girls who worked in the office and now they don't work there anymore. Don't know why! The office staff that is still there is very good and there are a couple new people but I haven't dealt with them enough yet to have an opinion. I've heard the manager is mean and cranky but she hasn't given me any trouble. That's about it! I like it and I'd recommend it. There's a nice view, it's built well, and it's in a great location.
