Don't rent here

This place is not what it seems. They have low-income apartments (owned by same company) across the street (Pebble Point). It is almost like living in a slum. There was a kidnapping and several break-ins while I lived there. You will not feel safe. The walls and floors/ceilings are paper thin and the noise complaints go unanswered by the office staff.
The absolute worst quality of this place though is the office staff. When I moved in, they had an awesome staff. When the new manager arrived, she promptly fired them and hired what can best be described as 'tempermental, rude, moody and insulting' office staff. The manager is very unfair and doesnt listen to complaints. The maintenance is fair, when they show up. I had to call every week for 2 months to get them to fix the dishwasher.
Dont move here. You will regret it.
