The surroundings are nice, the people who live here are great, convenient interstate access, but NOT WORTH ALL THE TROUBLE! When we moved in, we were told that your utilities usually wouldn't go over $60 a month... wrong! They are usually about $150! One of the maintainance men has continually harassed me and several other people in the building (barging into apts. @ 5am cursing because the toilet overflowed, etc), and the manager refuses to address the problem. We've complained 3 times, and after the first time, my car's tires were "mysteriously" slashed. Go figure. There is goose poop everywhere! I had to complain for 6 months before they fixed my dishwasher and the gargbage disposal is broken for the 3rd time. People's cars are borken into all the time. The apartment its self is quite nice, but we are tired of being harassed, so the minute our lease is up, we will be gone. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

When they sayutilities will not go over such and such typically that is an estimate for the usual appliances one has in their home and minimal heat and air usage. If you use other electrical items such as fish tanks, hair dryers, radio, computer, etc. the bills climb fast!

I had problems with my dishwasher and garbage disposal also! My car locks were popped off and cd player stolen. The goose poop really gets on my nerves, makes me want to purchase a bb gun... I also had problems with my ac and furnace. Also, the smoke detector wouldn't stay in the ceiling for very long. I would come home and there it was, hanging by the cords! And the community manager (Andy) was kind of rude!
