Cheap and getting scary

OK Listen, I love the inside of my apartment and maintenance has always been great. However the quality of the place has been sliding badly for the last few years. The rent amounts have dropped and apparently so have the standards on everything else. I won't swim in the pool because their is green stuff in it, (the chemicals apparently aren't monitered). Also the work out room has increasingly become useless because the door knob is always broken and the room itself is so filthy I'm afraid I'll catch a disease. The residents here get worse all the time and I haven't had a decent nights sleep in months because of noise. Everywhere you look is an eyesore. Doesn't anyone from their corporate office visit here' I don't think they care. I moving soon. I have learned my lesson about saving a few bucks. If you have standards don't move here.
