When we first moved in we were not allowed to view the apartment we would be renting, but were showed the well kept "show" apartment. Now new renters are allowed to view the apartment they will be renting and any changes can be made. We have had to deal with some minor problems ourselves because office personel "forget" to inform maintenance about them. People w/dogs DO NOT clean up after them (and yes we have a dog, and yes we clean up after it), and when you inform the office all you get is "ok we will look into it", and there is goose poop everywhere. Parking was so bad that we ended up getting a carport space so we would be able to park. One building had a dumpster fire after July 4th, and one of the renters came real close to loseing their vehicle because of it. Over all, we like the apartment, but if we would have known about this site, we would not have rented here, and suggest others not to rent here either.

I'm glad someone else is disgusted with the constant dog poop problem! It's maddening to walk in the grass and have to constantly look down to avoid stepping in it. I have complained to the office before on certain issues and have been ignored. I have a noisey neighbor below me and complained to management...they told me other people complained and that they would do something about it. HA!!!!! They did absolutely NOTHING!!!! I hate it here too, so you're not the only one tired of this place.
