I moved in here about 3 years ago and it has gone downhill seriously since then. The security is problem #1. My apartment has been broken into twice in the past year and the company will not let me out of my lease. And yes I have called corporate several times. Corporate is just as unhelpful as the community itself. The fire alarm is pulled at 4 am quite frequently. I have had my tub clog several times in the past month and was never fixed properly. Their are a lot of shady people and things going on here. There was a fire not too long ago, that was rumored to be a meth lab (no commment from the office.) The walls are so thin that my apartment reaks of cigarette smoke and I don't smoke. This windows and patio door let so much air in that I had blankets covering them last winter. I could go on and on all day. I do not recommend this for anyone. The price is cheap and you get what you pay for!!!

If your apartment has been broken into that many times, it is probably someone you know. If you've lived there three years why do you continue to renew your lease if it is really that bad? As far as the fire, that was in 2006 and it started from someone leaving a pizza box on top of their stove with the burner on. If it was a meth lab they would have had to condemn the whole building-seriously. I've lived here for 5yrs and haven't had any problems. If you call in the problems that you are having in your apartment, maintenance will fix them.
