Well where to start. 3rd day I moved in my in dash and all my CDs were stolen out of the car. Getting any maintenance done unless an emergency takes at least 3 calls. When they finally came for the third time to fix my lock the maintenance man said " yea they should replace the whole door frame some one could get in here easily." He turned seen all my clothes bagged up and my travel supplies (I was going home for the weekend) I come back Sunday night to find out my apartment had been broken into and all my valuable things had been taken. Not to mention during this time the front door lock to the whole building was broken (the handle was completely gone). Front office said it was their fault and the main office would give me a call. That was a few months and about 12 calls ago. Still waiting Aimco. Now someone is breaking into all the storage units. Some of the girls at the front desk are really nice, one especially. Don't rent from here unless you don't have anything nice or you are just hood
