my complaints are similar to the rest of the comments posted on this page. violence, trashy, MOLDY, drug infested , and the list goes on. what i want to add is my neighbors have literally 9 people living in a two bedroom. and my next door neighbors had five grown adults in a two bedroom. well, that would be none of my business if they didnt make it my business! the down stairs ppl let their children and the children they babysit run up and down the stairs hitting every pole with a metal object and then bang on my door and run back down. i have two toddlers and it is very fustrating to not have the ability to keep them on a healthy schedule. i went to complain at the office because apparently calling five times a day isnt working. the lady was very polite and started writing my problem down and then another lady butted in and started sticking up for my neighbor with the 9 ppl living there and said "well she babysits" she began to be very rude to me like its my fault and i shouldnt have went to report it personally. well, God bless the lady down stairs for having a personal buisness but when her business effects MY family how is that MY fault!''' if they fixed that ghetto broken down park they so brag about in the brocher then maybe we wouldnt have kids in unappropriate situations. the swings are few if any at times, the slide is boarded up and graffiti decorates the rest of the equipment. so, where is that my problem' another issue is definatley the teens that hang out in groups all around the complex. they are loud, ignorant, and disgusting. if my children ever say the things that i have heard come out of those teens' mouths i will put them on a strict diet of dawn!!! then, there are neighbors with pit bulls and they just let them run the yard. they beat the dog like it tore up their entire house, but i think they are training it to be a fighter. i dont feel safe for my family or even the lady downstairs who has children and babysits all of the other children. even though they aggervate me i would not want to see them get bitten by that dog or any of the dogs running loose here. my comment on the shootings around here.... i called security so many times and have the number in my cell's memory . i call them every time i hear a gun shot because it wakes my two year old and they never return my call or even patroll around here. i know because i stay up starring out the windows because i want to protect my family if anything or anyone trys to bring harm this way. i called once because the shots were persistant and the officer told me " i wont be in your complex for another hour or two" what the hell!!! someone could be laying in the lawn shot to death and they want to take their time'''!!! and their salary comes out of out rent! these people say they are concerned about our well being and keeping the policy active, but they have so many double standards its rediculouse! i could go on forever with the things wrong with this place.. to make the story short, they should be paying us to live here and not us paying them to live in the most undesirable conditions!!! if you get anything from this letter, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, $ , SAFETY , OR HEALTH LIVING HERE!

Oh my goodness, god bless you and your family, I would cry everyday if I lived in a place like that because I would be afraid of a stray bullet hitting my 1 year old.
