Living in Forest Hills is not so bad. The rent is cheaper than other places. I've lived here 17 years and have never had any problems with my neighbors. The maintainence staff has been very nice and usually comes to repair any problem I have within 2 days. If you pay your rent on time and treat people with respect, then they will leave you alone. As for the shootings and breakins, that only happens because you are having problems with boyfriends, lovers, or others. I've never had a problem with vandalizem or trying to breaking into my apartment, because I don't create problems with other people. I am nice to the maintainence people when they come to fix something and will be put at the top of the list to get things fix because I don't complain all the time or treet the staff with disrepect. The only thing about the parking I see is people wanting to park in two space (over the lines), instead of one. The staff in the office changes so much because of the abuse they receive from the other renters because they are not always satisfied with whats going on.

fake review alert! u must work for forest hills, becouse obvoisuly DONT LIVE HERE Air conditions been broke since summer of of 07, thyere was just 6 cop cars outside the building. The cops are out here in the complex on runs nightly. SEX OFFENDERS LIVE HERE and are allowed to. WE filled our movein sheet was a full page items, many to be fixed, been hear years only 2 have been fixed...the rest of the problems

I'm a single white female and If you have lived here any length of time you would know that the staff isn't here longer than a year and I work for the state of indiana. If neighbors got along the cops wouldn't have to come out every night. If you treated the office staff and maintainence personnel with respect it wouldn't take so long in getting things fix.
