I will say that I moved here because I needed a cheap place. I have lived here four years now and I still think it is worth the rent I pay. I have very little problems. If I have one, they fix it. I dont see the other issues the other people see, but I suppose that I would complain to the office not on here.

Obvoiusly an emplyees or mangers posting these positive reviews. It not cheap by any means. They dont fix the problems work order after workorder. eventally when they get tried of you complaing, calling, weeks if not months later and puting in work orders for the same thing do they actually and evntaully do something. wonder why the ownership of this place changes so often? 1st thing they do is fire and bing in thier own, then a couple years later repeat.

Wouldn't there be a higher rating than 18% if these apartments were soooo great? They also complain on here to help other people out who are looking into apartments. When first moving in here, I didn't take these seroiusly, but, hah, now I do. I don't want others to make the same mistake I did.
