I was on here looking to move to Indiana and actually shopped this property. The staff was so nice and friendly. They were so helpful. While I was there two different residents came into the office. One was complimenting the staff about the great service they had received from one of the workers in her apartment. The other one then chimed in and said that he had also had good service and was glad to see the new change in the staff. I looked at my friends apartment and the model and found them both great deals for the money. I loved the two pools and the fact that I could get new cabinets and new carpet if I wanted to pay for it. I like the a la cart ordeal. I thought the place was clean and professional. Don't take peoples worked for stuff when they are mad, check it out, my friend loves her home.

I??????ve still got items on my move in sheet from 2 years ago that have never been fixed the maintaence is horrible.
most people are either stuck here with their high rent since they can??????t afford to move. Good example you heat goes out you??????ll be lucky if its fixd in a few days!
seriously positive reviews are likely employees

Trust me they were all super nice when you are there looking and they want to reel you in. I myself actually can NOT wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of that rat hole. I have apartments below me that have been empty since I moved in last summer where the walls are covered in black mold, windows are broken out and the carpet looks like it once was cream or white but now who knows what color it is. There are VERY loud and uncurtious neighbors and LOTS of them, revving up vehicles in all hours of the night, driving through the parking lots like they are drag racing. People sitting in their cars at 1 am and honking their horn for someone to come to their car. People playing their stereos all ours of the night shaking your apartment floor. I need a new dishwasher (this is my second) someone came looked at it, said it was lime scale build up was why it continually leaks all over my kitchen floor. I guess when my kitchen floor rots out and my dishwasher falls into the apartment below me, I might get a new one. The laundry facility is NEVER open at 9 am or is alot of the times closed closed before the 9 pm time. I agree with the other responder to this comment, the positive comments on here HAVE to be people who work for this complex. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Rent maybe good priced, but you get what you pay for !!! TRASH

WANTING TO COMMENT RE PREVIOUS STATEMENTS. STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND SINCE WHEN COULD WE GET A PARKING SPACE IN FRONT OF OUR OWN APT WITHOUT PARKING A HALF MILE DOWN FROM IT? KIDS HERE ARE EVEN TEARING DOWN ANY PAPER NOTICES THE OFFICE PUTS UP AROUND THE BUILDINGS, BECAUSE AREN'T WATCHING THEM HALF THE TIME, SO KIDS ARE WATCHING THEMSELVES. (AS THE SAYING GOES---WHEN THE CAT'S AWAY, THE MICE WILL PLAY). ALSO, ONE OF THESE KIDS ARE GOING TO GET HIT BY A CAR---AS THEY PLAY/RUNNING ACROSS PARKING LOTS ALL THE TIME.
