I have been here for two years, and absolutly would not leave if I had to. The maintainance staff here are on top of things. I had a major leak in my bathroom, and it was fixed within 2 hours. The parking is great. I work nights and always come home to a front row spot. I would recommend this property to others.

I????????????ve still got items on my move in sheet from 2 years ago that have never been fixed the maintaence is horrible. most people are either stuck here with their high rent since they can????????????t afford to move. Good example you heat goes out you????????????ll be lucky if its fixd in a few days! seriously positive reviews are likely employees

I had a water leak in my bathroom that spread to the hall and front room over Thanksgiving and it was the week of Christmas before the big hole in the wall in the front room was fixed so I could move my furniture back into place. So, no point of decorating for Christmas by that point. And the bathroom still hasn't been completely repaired. So moral of the story, maintainance does not work in a timely fashion. There is only one man there that seems to do any work and he can't fix everyones apartment problems. And I also work nights and when I arrive home, I am lucky to find a place to park any where near my apartment.

determined1980 who wrote that lsast message was from the manager Tammy or one of her a@# kissers, I have had a leak for two weeks and have called every day. If u all so good at fixin issues then i could stop callin u all 5 times a day and do my job so i can get ur rent paid so u all stop buggin! Dont make me call chanell 6 or better yet the board o health, member u place at candletree?

I AM DISGUSTED WITH KNOWING FOR A FACT SOMEONE INSIDE THE THE OFFICE IS WRITING THESE GOOD REVIEWS HERE TO BOOST THEIR RENTAL OF APTS FOR MONEY AND TO BOOST THEIR RATINGS HERE ON INTERNET TO INSPIRE POTENTIAL TENANTS TO MOVE HERE, ATLEAST UNTIL THEY GET A REALITY CHECK AFTER MOVING. MAINTENANCE REALLY-REALLY-SUCKS HERE.
