Living at Forest Hill Apts is pleasant. I'm a student that currently lives here. I'm not sure why people are talking bad. I ask for maintenance and i receive. I like the fact that they have swimming pools and they don't allow people that are not living in the community use the pool. I had a heat issue the start of the winter, it was fixed the same day. So again Im not sure why you talk bad. Maybe old employees that got fired, or resident that were put out.

as posted by an empolyees @ Forest Hills... I suspect swimming pool? virtally unoppen but a verry short time last year. Useally a uncleaned, unattended, uncoverd sesspool, Till they clean it for use. Then the equipment breaks down and one or both pools are closed. There is a broken grate at 1 end of the main pool with rusted steel bolts sticking up and a grate that when slips off. That could potentally get and trapped under water. Pool bottom is a bit ruff and will proably make your feet a little sore. alot of um, and people talk bad? Couse they ask for maintenance and "don't receive".

We have lived at Forest Hills for a year and a half, our toilet does not work, we keep reporting it but they don't do anything to fix it, our air conditioning was out for most of the summer, it was reported to the office but always took at least a month to get it fixed so we lived most of the hottest part of the summer without air conditioning, we have mold issues in the bathroom that they cannot fix and we have cockroaches which they will not spray for, they did put some cockroach food that is supposed to kill them off but we continue to have cockroaches. The office manager is very rude and they do not want to fix anything, however, they want to charge you for everything. They wanted to charge us to fix the toilet. They have came out 3 different times and snaked the toilet which than works for no more than 1 day and it is back to the same. The police are out here every day. We here gunshots outside at least once a week, a hispanic man was robbed at gunpoint outside of our apartment building in broad daylight by a few black men which my roommate witnessed. I agree this place is unsafe, unsanitary and inhumane to live in but we are stuck until our lease is up.
