I have lived here at Forest Hills Apartments for 3 months. I do not know why everyone is so negitive about the property. When I came to look at the apartments the staff was so kind and helpful. They took time to understand my needs. After I moved in, I had a problem with my dishwasher and within a day, the maintenance had the dishwasher in great working condition. The employees have been very helpful with all the issues that I have taken to their attention. I feel that if you are good to the staff, they will be good to you!! I love my home and have no complaints about Forest Hills!!!!

I won't lie thier maintenance has "improved" a little. They seemed ok when we moved in too, then reality set in.I find it interesting most of the new postive reviews make it a point to debunk the complaints and sound like advertisements and give high scores wonder why? How can one give high points in security when thier is no security other then say police patrols. Couse they get alot of calls out here nightly. Noise? people peeling out, cars booming bass, laying on horns are not uncommon. hard to find good parking fri. sat. alot of non residents parking.Of course gounds are going to be upkept well it what draws people and gets u to sign the lease.

ONE SHOULD NEVER GIVE AN APT A RATING, UNTIL YOU HAVE LIVED HERE LONG ENOUGH TO KNOW THE REALITIES OF YOUR NEW ATMOSPHERE.

I AGREE, THE FIRST 3 MONTHS OF LIVING HERE WAS GREAT FOR ME TOO, I BELIEVED THEY CHANGED MANAGEMENT WHICH IS WHEN EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL.
