Nice, Open layout. Large Patio and if you have a courtyard view it's great. New management took over in 2004 and have remodelled most apartments. In addition to the remodelling, they have installed Fountains and renamed the estate to "Fountain Parc". New roofing has been installed in 2007.
The property owner is amazingly helpful and the maintenance staff is great. The front-office staff needs to learn to communicate with each other better often ignoring voicemails or just apparently not passing messages on.

This review was probably posted by management. It is identical to the one posted on this same day for Fountain Parc, which is the same property under a different name.

Yeah. I really don't think an employee would knock its own management staff. On another note, I've always had good experiences with the management staff. Always really friendy

I agree that this, and the others, were posted by the same owner/manager. Because it never fails that when there is suddenly one post that appears, every month after that without fail are other postings. Once a month, every month, to make it appear as if...ohhh...all of a sudden there are happy tenants galore. I bet they even have a reminder alarm on their email box to send another post this coming month, and the next, and the next. Oh no, wait, now that they read my email, they'll let 2 months go by instead for cover. Shhh....

It is rather interesting. The other responses (outside of mine) sound even more cheesy than I thought mine did. I was just trying to be honest.
I will say I left in the end of 07 and the place was getting a little worked over due to the quality of the inhabitants. Residents began caring less about their kids trashing the common areas, or picking up after their animals (though management placed free bags out for pickup, can't get lazier than watching you pet go to the bathroom next to a free bag and not bother picking it up!).
Anyways, it's a buyers market. You can (outside of those with real bad credit) can get a good fixed mortgage and there's good first time home owners credits out there, you just gotta dig a little.
The management staff handled our breaking the lease with style though and didn't create any major headaches out of it. I stick by the comments of 1. Parking, 2. Office Girls.
Is this a $1,000/month place? No. Given it's price scale versus my experience there, it was worth it. If I was looking for a townhouse or $1,000/month apartment, I wouldn't be in the loop (less it's Broadripple). I think my ratings stand given the price that I paid for 2br.

We live in northern Indiana and are planning on moving back to the Indy area. I visited Fountain Parc's website and the pics were stunning. However, I was worried when there were no prices on the different models. Can anyone give me the most recent data on what their apts and townhomes go for? Or, is this one of those places where if you have to ask, then u dont belong there?
