I moved in February 2007. Its always really clean and quiet for the most part. The maintenance staff has taken care of every work order I've put in the same day I ordered it. The girls in the office have always been very pleasant and helpful. When I moved in, I couldn't make it into the office during business hours and 1 girl stayed late went over my lease with me. She never made me feel rushed and answered all my questions. I've only met the owner once and he seemed really down to earth and easy to talk to. The only complaint I've had are there are a lot of small children that run around without any parent supervision.

NOTE TO SELF...Remember to write another review complimenting myself, the boss/owner, and also my employee girls there at the office. I love working here, because to be able to con everyone of our current and future tenants, just takes all the stresses out of my life.
