My two roomates and I just recently moved into Fountain Parc about a month ago. We have not had many problems yet. Parking is pretty good, the landscaping is VERY gorgeous too. The girls at front have been very sweet to us and have been really respectful. The pool is very well kept and clean also. All of our neighbors are very nice too. One of them even gave us a free bag of dog food the other day!

We had a couple issues though. There are no locks on any of the bedroom or bathroom doors, which is kind of scary. My roomate has walked in on me in the bathroom a couple times...grrr. The closet doors have all gone off track or have been stuck at least once a week. On friday our towel rack in the bathroom just ripped out of the wall for no reason, and our sinks and drains in all of the bathrooms clog very very easily. Our toilet overflowed on saturday and we couldn't get it fixed. The maintenence people said that since we have two bathrooms, it's not an emergency and we would have to wait until monday to get anything done. Since the other bathroom is in our roomate's bedroom, we can only use it if he's awake. So if it's 3AM and nature calls, we've been screwed. It's pretty inconvienient. Besides that though, it's been very nice. Everything else is working great and seems to be relatively brand new.
