The office staff is inconsiderate, unhelpful and at times downright rude. They promise things then don't deliver. There are stray cats everywhere making themselves at home on peoples cars. If the weather is nice, children are running around unattended, in the way causing accidents and nothing is done about it. Apartment themselves are drafty, the plumbing is a mess and they look cheap. If you enjoy the smell of pot, this is the place for you. The ghetto on the northeast side

I totally agree, also the price you pay is not worth the living conditions.
