My one sentence sum up: Fountain Parc isn't a high end place but .. if you want affordable, safe, quiet, diverse. Then take a look!

Mind you the place was built in the late 1960's it's not new. And I do believe that the maintenance crew do the best they can. I've called on them a few times for simple things and they were quick one the reply. Even asked to get the gutters clean out above me because my patio kept flooding out in heavy rain. I didn't expect a same day fix. It ended up being a few hour fix. What I like about the age of the place is you have TREES! Lot of them good size ones. So what if it gets a little messy in the fall and spring. That's what seasons are all about!

I think the units here are a good size and the rent is more then fair for what is being offered! I've never had a problem parking, never! And the people that have said their car was broken into are either lying or they left something valuable worth breaking into. Don't leave a welcome mat inside your car no matter were you are.

I feel this place is safe. I have lived in plenty of shady, seedy neighborhoods in my life and I have no problems here.

People talk about the kids running around. Sorry, kids are going to be kids! Tell me you didn't run around BY YOURSELF when you were a kid! I know I did and that was 30 something years ago.

The office people have always been super cool with me. I have not one thing to say negative about them!

Go Fountain Parc! .. Keep on making life livable!
