I am not here to downgrade this apartment complex because this property does have some positive attributes. Unfortunately the good outweighs the bad. My experience here will not be forgotten,the first thing that I look for in apartments is a welcoming and helpful office staff, which is what I received from the girl who I wish was there more often(can't use names) she is awesome and I believe the only one who shows compassion daily. However the girl who is always there literally is in the wrong profession everyone doesn't have what it takes to be a leasing agent obviously...And the property manager has anyone ever met him'''''' He sure has a lot to say but is never available for comment putting a letter on someones door is not professional how about you pick up the phone and make a phone call...interesting... If you like having no where to park lots of kids running all over the place, stray animals, dog poo all over the place, rude office staff (not everyone), invisible owner... car break ins, dark pathways, oh almost forgot staff not caring about break ins then Fountain Parc is the place to be!!!!

Met the manager greg, useless. And kylie is the unhelpful one, she needs a personality transplant

In addition the apartment manager "S" needs an mental health assessment I strongly believe she is bi-polar.
