I have lived here for over a year and so far I am pretty satisfied. I really wish they had washer/dryer hookups but besides that I think the apartments are nice. I love the brick accent wall in the living room and the passthrough from the kitchen to the living room. I will say that if they added washer/dryer hookups I would probably stay for a couple more years until I am ready to buy a house. I have also saw many complaints about the office staff. I have to say that they all seem very friendly both over the phone and in person and no I'm not a member of the office staff...lol. I am a single parent and I really feel safe living here. On some weekends I sit with my grandmother so my kids and I get home pretty late and I always feel safe coming home and walking to my door.The apartments also must be very well insulated because I keep my air cond. set at 68 and my bill is never really high, actually it runs about $60 a month cheaper than my last apt. of the same size.
