I never have a place to park my car, and there are at LEAST 2 cars in the lot that do not move. It is obvious because during the recent snow these cars where plowed into large snow piles, and no attempt has been made to move them.
I work second shift, so I am just getting off work at midnight. The management is not sympathetic to this at all. I come home and watch TV, and I receive noise complaints every day because of it. They cut the grass at 7am in December, and it is VERY loud. They have been doing renovations recently, and this included banging on the walls at 8am.
They tore down my privacy fence, now my patio opens to a busy road with nothing to block my view and the road noises.
They told me that a steel chair isn't considered patio furniture and that I had 24hrs to remove it or I would be fined. They stole my grill from my back porch because they claimed that the porch isn't to be used as "storage". ITS A GRILL'! Where should I store it'!
I have a beagle, and it doesn't need a walk. It has been trained to go out on a leash and do its business and then come back. It hardly takes the dog more than 10min to do its business, and then it is back inside. They claim that the dog is "unattended" during its 10min potty break, and therefore have fined me. The dog doesn't put itself on a leash for 10min, and let itself in and out of the place, so how is it unattended'
My roommate finally became unhappy with the management of this place and decided she has had enough, and wanted her name removed from the lease, leaving myself still on the original signed lease liable for the entire balance of the rent. They told us that it would take a couple of days to get the paperwork from their main office. After a few days time my roommate inquired about the status of our paperwork and was told "you haven't really been the best tenant, so I don't know if we are going to get around to that for you. so far they haven't.
They lady at the front office is very rude. She locks the laundry rooms at 11pm, if your using it or not, and the washing machine door locks while it is running so you can't remove your clothes if she decides to lock the room. Then she comes back first thing in the morning, duh cuz she has the keys right' Yep, and she throws away any clothes she finds because "if they left them here they obviously dont' want them". I was there when she did it, and I told her that it wasnt nice to do that, she LAUGHED at me.
I say, DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE. I am one HIGHLY dissatisfied customer.

I live across the street from where you used to live. First of all if you are too lazy to walk your dog you shouldn't have a dog. This is an apartment complex so, no they do not want people tying their dogs out. Second, you rarely cleaned up after your dog. This complex provides dog waste bags through out the grounds, so there is no excuse for all the dog poop behind your apartment. That area is a lot cleaner since you moved out. Also about the renovations, perhaps the contractors should have contacted you to determine when they could start work each day and when would be inconvient for you. I'll bet your the type of person that would complain if someone gave you a hundred dollar bill and it had a crease in it.
