At first I thought that things were going to be bad at Fountainhead because I was scheduled to move in at 9am, but they kept telling me to come back later over and over and didn't end up handing over the keys until 5pm. However, the fantastic staff took a couple of hundred dollars off my rent for the first month because of the inconvenience. My stay at Fountainhead was absolutely fantastic. Maintenance issues were fixed promptly by a very friendly maintenance guy. Ryan Badgley, the apartment manager, was very pleasant to deal with and did a wonderful job during my stay. Even my neighbors were friendly and helpful. I would recommend fountainhead to anyone looking for an apartment.

It was great when Ryan was there but then he was FRAMED for things he didn't do. TOO BAD!!!!

Don't know if Ryan was framed or not...but things are better than when he was here. He often only took care of his 'buds' and let the rest of the complex rot. The place definitely improved with his leaving!
