My family and I lived here for almost 2 years and it was the worst time of my life. My husband ended up working in the maintenance department and was shocked by the things that the director of operations was allowing on the property, This person turns the other cheek on the drug dealing that goes on around there and allows his kids to run around and disturb the tennets of the complex. The office staff feels they don't have to follow the rules and they don't EVER, But God help you if you don't because they will fine the life out of you. They throw "FAMILY" parties thatends up with people being thrown in the pool by their drunk buddies and there are broken beer bottles all over the place, I could never take my kids because it was nothing but a reason for them to buy lots of beer at the companies expence and drink till they passed out in a pool side chair. When by Gods grace it was our time to move we tried to do it in a peaceful way but again the office staff would not allow that to happen and we ended up paying $1300 in fines for the "clean up" of an apartment that we were in for 2 months (we moved from a smaller apartment to a larger one) and when we left the apartment was in move in condition. The director of operations sent his pee-on in to check the apartment and he came up with a list of nothng but lies to charge us for(i think HE peed on my CLEAN toilet and then charged me for it) once again twisting things around for the love of money. As for the over all rating of the staff well, lets just say if you want to live in a place that has office girls with the brains of a pile of poop and everyone else is waiting for you to make a mistake so they can charge you for it then this is the place for you. As for the maintenance staff well lets hope you don't have any problems that can't be fixed with duck tape or bubble gum cause you're out of luck (it went down hill when my husband left all because he wanted to do the job the right way)so all in all i would say if it comes down to fountainhead or a cardboard box TAKE THE BOX!!!!!!
