As a former resident at Fountainhead, I have read the reviews with interest. All the negative remarks are justified, and I would like to add some more "food for thought". There were instances while living there that some issues arose that I felt the Director of Operations did not handle fairly. I ( and other residents) should have been extended the courtesy of discussing our problems with the Registered Agent; however, said "Registered Agent" is very inaccessible. It leads me to believe that he has no concern for the well being of those people that pay to live there. I cannot help but think that money is the only motivating factor of the Registered Agent and his management company. If I were an investor in Fountainhead, I would be seriously upset over the negative remarks and definitely requiring accountability from the management company.

Also just for general information, I would like to comment on a grave injustice being perputrated on a young couple and their 2 young children. When they moved out of their apartment, it was spotlessly clean. In fact it was better than when they moved in, which seems to be a common compaint of several former resients. I KNOW it was very clean because I saw it. I have kept in contact with them and was shocked when the D.O. initiated a judgement against them, charging that the apartment was not cleaned. This is a young couple who did not have resources to hire legal counsel to guide them through Small Claims Court. The husband was not able to take off from his new job to attend all court hearings, and combined with their lack of legal advice, they are being taken to the cleaners by the D.O. The Director of Operations seems to forget how gracious this young couple were, when his son slammed his motorized bike into the side of their car. I'm sure that they are not the only former residence that have been unfairly charged. This judgement will certainly deprieve the 2 small children also, but take my word for it, the D.O has no conscience, even over ill gotten gain.
