I've lived here for almost a year now and I have no complaints. Maybe I've been fortunate that nothing has really gone wrong in the apartment, but the staff has always been friendly and the maintenance crew does an outstanding job keeping the sidewalks clear of snow in the winter and getting salt down.

I have a studio apartment so I have to use the laundry facilities and have had no problems there. One time a machine was down, but it was working the next time I needed it.

I guess if I had to complain, the heater sounds like a helicopter when it comes on (i got used to it though)and sometimes my bathroom smells like smoke when i think the neighbor smokes in the bathroom and somehow it gets in.
